If your name on the tracking information is incorrect but the destination city is correct then the possible reason is two or more shipments are travelling under the same waybill. You can contact support to verify your tracking information. Tracking information may take 12 hours to update.
It takes 24-48 hours to deliver the shipments, However the shipment may get delayed due to weather conditions or public holidays.
